I. Disclaimer
Nature of Service

This platform provides "virtual entertainment services".

Game tokens and props purchased by users are all digital services that cannot be exchanged for cash. Users confirm that their behavior does not constitute gambling

The platform does not assume any responsibility for account bans caused by legal restrictions in the user s location

Risks are borne by the user

No compensation will be paid for virtual asset losses caused by account theft, equipment failure, and network delays

Server maintenance and data clearing do not requir

advance notice  and users should back up their data by themselves

II. User Obligations
Strictly abide by the contract

Multiple accounts, plug-ins, abnormal transactions, etc. are prohibited. The platform has the right to permanently freeze the account and no refunds will be given
Users are responsible for their own comments, and the platform reserves the right to delete content ban accounts

Property Ownership
The ownership of all virtual assets (tokens/equipment/characters, etc.) in the user account belongs to the platform, and the user only has limited use rights

Failure to log in for 180 consecutive days is deemed to be an automatic abandonment of account assets

Privacy Policy (Risk Transfer Clause)

I. Data Collection Authorization

The user agrees that the platform collects:

Device information (IMEI/MAC address/operation record)

Behavior data (game time/consumption record/social content)

Shared with third-party risk control service providers when necessary

II. Disclaimer
Data Security

The user is responsible for keeping the account password, and the loss of the account is at his own risk

The platform is exempt from compensation for data leakage caused by hacker attacks and policy adjustments

Data Utilization

The user authorizes the platform to use desensitized data for business analysis and advertising push

After canceling the account, the transaction data will still be retained for reference (the period is determined by the platform)
