Step 2: Provide account verification information (choose one)
In order to confirm that you are the legal owner of the account and ensure the security of your account, you need to provide customer service with any of the following valid account verification information:
Recharge record proof:
Provide a screenshot of a recent successful recharge order.
The screenshot must clearly show: recharge amount, recharge time, order number (if any) and account information to which the recharge is made (such as user name, ID or bound mobile phone/email address).
(For example: game point card recharge, account balance recharge, etc., which can be clearly linked to your account payment voucher).
Registered user ID:
Accurately provide the complete user ID of your account (usually the user name you set when registering or the unique ID assigned by the system).
Registered mobile phone number:
Provide the complete mobile phone number bound when registering the account.
Bound email address:
Provide the complete email address bound when registering the account.
Important tips:
The information you provide must be exactly the same as the information recorded when registering your account.
